All of our technicians are CompTIA A+ and Security+ certified, MCSE, MCSA, MCP Server 2003, and Windows XP Microsoft certified. Most of us have our bachelor’s degrees. All our technicians must have a minimum of 10 years computer experience either in a help desk environment or field repair experience. Our company is not a hobby it is our business.

While we are not a catch all repair shop, we do specialize in custom telephone repair and wiring. Our wiring technician was an instructor for AT&T for several years and he is confident that he can get your telephone problems sorted out.
