WARRANTY AND POLICY:
We guarantee all of our work. No other competitor large or small offers the same type of service or warranty that Coast Connectivity offers its clients: Equipment that we install for you comes with the manufacturers warranty that we will explain to you when you order or during the initial installation process. If you provide the equipment that we install for you, you are responsible for seeking warranty coverage and re-installation labor charges should a failure of that hardware occur. Remote repair work carries a seven day warranty. Phone support carries a seven day warranty. On-site repair work for computers is guaranteed for 30 days. New computer installation and/or network installation work is covered for six-months against hardware failure, thirty days for software failure or software configuration. The exclusion to this computer repair warranty is if the user(s) causes malfunction to the computer, determined at the time of requested warranty repair. If the defect is determined to be user caused, which includes deletion or alteration of key files, changes any setting either in software, hardware, or operating system, or fails to heed other manufacturer warnings or installation technician warnings, the warranty with Coast Connectivity is voided. At our option, we may discontinue servicing your account and you will be liable for any hourly charges associated with the technician visit. At our discretion we may either charge a hourly rate or flat rate for our time as listed in the current rate card to service your request in determination of the warranty repair condition. Coast Connectivity requires that an adult 18 or over be available in the residence or business when our technician arrives and for the duration of the visit. Further, licensed operating system disks and other included computer software, a working broadband connection, and power must be made available to our technician(s) during their visit.
A safe working environment is required by law for our technician. |
